I have heard it said many times, but it is still rings true. "A picture is worth a thousand words."
I remember going through old photographs of my grandparents and great grandparents and thinking how different their lives must have been. Their clothes and hair and general facial expressions, even the coloring of the photo, spoke volumes to me about what kind of world my ancestors lived in.
I decided that I wanted to be a part of that preservation, to capture a moment in time for generations to come. I feel honored and blessed to be a part of my clients lives by helping to preserve their memories. Since becoming a mother, the importance of capturing these often fleeting moments in time has become all the more real to me.
As a photographer my hope is always to be the illustrator in the story of your life.
